The Votes Are in 3

Another set of polls ended so it's time to count up the votes and announce the winners! Just like in the last post announcing the winners, in the pictures showing the polls, the first number is the number of votes received, and the second is the percent of votes that is. The option with the longest blue line next to it won.

Who is the best brother in MLP?

BIG MACINTOSH! I'm not sure if he he won because he showed the best example of how a BBBFF should be, or if we just like him better than Shining Armor. Nevertheless, Big Macintosh is the best brother in MLP! When asked if he thought he would win all along, his answer was simply, "Eeyup!"

Which pair of sisters is the cutest?

Applebloom and Applejack! Congratulations girls! Applebloom/Applejack are lucky! They get the best brother in MLP and the cutest sister! Who could forget how cute they were working together to do their farm work in the episode Sisterhooves Social? That might be what brought them this victory. Let's all give a hand/hoof for the cutest sisters: Applebloom and Applejack!!!

Will you watch season 3?

Yes we will! All of the voters except one are absolutely sure they're going to watch the third season. This is the first time ever on this blog that an option on a poll didn't have even one vote and that losing option was: "No!" Well, people who voted yes, I'll be watching it too!

Which Luna do you like best?

All hail Season 2 Luna! The bold princess who talks in her Royal Canterlot Voice has been crowned better than the shy pony who says "I" instead of "we." Now that we know which Luna is better, THE FUN HAS BEEN DOUBLED! All hail the Princess of the Night! All hope she plays a bigger role in season 3!

Which name: DJ Pon-3 or Vinyl Scratch?

"Vinyl Scratch" is Vinyl Scratch's name! Perhaps "DJ Pon-3" is her nickname. I'm sure Vinyl is happy she finally found the right name for her. Now, she's going to celebrate by spinning some records and having some fun!

Which name: Derpy Hooves or Ditzy Doo?

Careful, Derpy! Why they took out when Rainbow Dash says,"Derpy" when they put it on Netflix is a mystery to me. Anyway, we now know this cross-eyed, muffin loving, mail mare, Pegasus's name!

Season 3 Previews and News

*** Spoiler Alert!!!***

More news on season 3! We have two video clips from the upcoming season. The first video is a song by Twilight and Spike. The second is a song by the Mane 6.

I'm happily surprised Cadence is coming back. I thought she would be one of those characters who is in one or two episodes and then you never see them again. (Owlowiscious, Gilda, etc.)

Equestria Daily  confirmed:

• A potential duet sung by Rarity and Octavia!!!  
• Trixie Returns.
• Fluttershy turns into a dragon. (O.o)

Wow!!! I'm a big Octavia and Rarity fan. They're my favorite characters. I am so excited for their duet! Trixie returns? Sounds interesting. Fluttershy as a dragon... Weird, but kind of cool. Season 3 is going to be amazing! I can tell already.

Dinky Doo's Mom

This is Dinky Doo. Her name is fan made because they never said it in the show due to her being a background pony. Sometimes, Dinky has a cutie mark, but most of the time she doesn't.
According to fans, Dinky Doo is Derpy's daughter. (Try say that ten times fast!) The show never showed any evidence of her being Derpy's daughter, but that's just what some bronies and pegisisters say. The show does show some things that would mean she isn't Derpy's daughter.

Exhibit A

Exhibit A: These pictures were from the Last Round Up. The first picture is of a stallion and mare looking at Dinky as if she was their daughter. The second picture is of the same stallion and mare from the first picture talking to each other. The last picture is Dinky on a train with the mare. Looking at these pictures, it would appear that the stallion and mare are married and Dinky is their daughter. The mare as we know is Carrot Top/ Golden Harvest. (Depending on what you choose to call her.) This would mean that Dinky is Carrot Top's daughter.

Exhibit B

Exhibit B: This picture is from Sister Hooves Social. Here, we see Dinky and Amethyst Star winning an eating contest. Since this is the Sister Hooves Social, these two must be sisters. They are both Unicorns. Since Derpy is a Pegasus, shouldn't at least one of her daughters be a Pegasus? Or is this like the Cakes' babies are a Unicorn and a Pegasus even 
though the Cakes' are both Earth Ponies?


Exhibit C: Doesn't Derpy look about the same age as Amethyst Star. Did she have her first baby when she was a year old? That's impossible. Then again, Carrot Top looks about the same age as Amethyst Star, too.


As you can see from the evidence shown above, it would make sense that Dink is not Derpy's daughter. Maybe we'll find out more about Dinky in a future episode. Thanks for reading!
