Curly Hair

   I was reading a post on another blog named My Little Pony News about curling your My Little Pony's hair. It's really easy and fun. (Which is why I spent most of my day in the bathroom curling, uncurling, and re-curling my pony's hair.) I'm new at it so the curls don't look perfect but I am very pleased with the way Rainbow Dash's tail turned out. After I finished the curling, and used streamers to tie a nice, purple, ribbon around her tail. For Rarity, I just used one of the clips she came with.    Note: Curling doesn't work on people.
   In the instructions in the link, you don't really need a rat tail comb. A blow dryer will help the curls dry faster, but you have to be holding them in place and it messes up other parts of hair that aren't being curled. You should leave the curlers in for a few hours. If you take them out too soon, the hair won't hold its curl.

Lies

   The Cutie Mark Chronicles was the episode of MLP were the ponies told the Cutie Mark Crusaders how they got their cutie marks. They were all lying! Except for Rarity and I think Fluttershy was also telling the truth. "Why are you accusing the ponies of lying?" you may ask me. It's obvious they are lying because they contradict themselves. Even Applejack (who represents the element of honest) lied! Don't believe me? I'll prove it!
   Let's start with AJ. Do you remember in Call of the Cutie Applejack said to Applebloom, "You know, I was the last pony in my class to get a cutie mark." Then, when Applejack was about to tell the CMCs how she got her cutie mark in The Cutie Mark Chronicles, she said, "Well shoot, I was just a little filly, even littler than ya'll." If ponies get their cutie marks when they are about the CMC's age, and Applejack got her cutie mark when she was even littler, she had to be one of the first in her class to get a cutie mark. AJ's story is a LIE! That is unless she was lying when she said she was the last in her class to get their cutie mark. Either way, the element of honest lied!
   Next, let's do Twilight. Do you remember in the very first episode of the show, Spike told Fluttershy, "I started out as a cute, little, purple, and green egg?" But, in Twilight's cutie mark flashback, the egg was purple and purple! Not purple and green. Not green and purple! Purple and purple! Twilight Sparkle, you're story is a LIE! Unless Spike was lying when he described his egg. He was just born so he probably doesn't even remember the color of his egg. Also, Twilight was a little filly and she might be remembering the purple and green egg as purple only. Twilight's story may not be a lie. It may just be false memory.
   Rainbow Dash's turn. Rainbow Dash said she was the first pony in her class to get a cutie mark in Call of the Cutie. During RD's cutie mark story, other ponies she was having the race against had cutie marks before RD got hers. Is Rainbow Dash's story a LIE?! Or was she lying when she said she was the first in her class to get a cutie mark? Rainbow does seem like the kind of pony who would lie to make themselves look better because she is kind of full of herself. Maybe the pony who had the cutie mark wasn't in her class. By "class" she might have been referring to her class in flight camp. "Class" probably was referring to her class from the schoolhouse where she very well could have been the first to get a cutie mark.
    Finally is Pinkie Pie. In the second episode of the show during Pinkie's no fear song she said Granny Pie told her to laugh to make Pinkie's fears disappear. When Pinkie Pie was telling her cutie mark story, she started out by saying, "My sisters and I were raised on a rock farm outside of Ponyville. There was no talking. There was no smiling." If there was no talking, then how could Granny Pie tell Pinkie to laugh. Also, laughing usually involves smiling. Could Pinkie Pie be Pinkie LIE?! Or could Granny Pie tell Pinkie to laugh after Pinkie threw the big party and saw the rainbow and they all learned to smile?
   That is all the stories that might be lies. But maybe the lies could be stuff like "I was first in my class to get a cutie mark," or "I started out a cute, little, purple, and green egg." We don't know, but some things don't fit together. There is definitely something weird. Thanks for reading these long post full of accusations and evidence. :)

Plush Contest!

   My Little Pony plush toys are very popular. Lots of MLP fans are making their own plush ponies. Hasbro's plush toys are cute and all, but I think some of the ones the bronies make look cuter and much more like the characters in the show. But which plush toy is the cutest and looks the most like the characters in the show? The only one way to find out: Contest!!! 

   To enter, all you have to do is make a plush pony that resembles any pony from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Then, take pictures of your plushy or shoot a video of it and put them on your blog, Facebook page, Youtube account, or something like that. Finally, send me a link (via comments on this blog) to where on the internet you posted pictures and/or video of the plushy.

   Your contest entry can be any pony that has every appeared on the show meaning it can be anypony from one of the main 6 to a background pony such as Bon Bon. You can enter as many times as you like by making as many ponies as you want to. Only 1 pony will win first place though, but there will also be a second and third place. Your entry also has to be a pony not Discord or Gilda or Zecora because they aren't ponies. The Contest ends August 3, 2012!!!  So enter your plushy before then.

MLP Bingo!

   Season 3 is coming and bronies and pegasisters are anxiously waited. This means... Bingo! But not just any bingo. My Little Pony Bingo! Here's how to play: You print out some My Little Pony Season 3 bingo cards. Then, when season 3 comes, if there's an episode where -for example- Applejack get's her own song, you would mark the square on your card that says "Applejack gets her own song" if that was on your card. Or, you could print out a blank bingo card and write your own predictions for season 3 and use that as your bingo card. That way is fun, because you can see which of your predictions come true.

Animation Errors

...Um...I'm not exactly sure what this is.

   MLP is full of animation errors! Ponies with inner cutie marks, ponies without cutie marks, AJ without freckles, missing wings, you name it! If a show is as awesome as this one is, I guess you can forgive their not-very-good-animators or whoever made all the animation errors. See how many errors you can find in the show!

My Little Dashie

   I recently read a MLP fanfic called My Little Dashie. Before I read it, I read some comments that said things like "I cried so hard!" "I need to dry of my laptop!" and I though, "what babies." So, I read My Little Dashie thinking "I'm not going to cry 1 tear!" I was wrong. I cried several tears! I cried when it was raining and Rainbow Dash and the guy were hugging each other under the tree, and I cried when the ponies came to take Rainbow Dash home to Equestria.
   It's a pretty long story and has a few bad words but it still is a pretty good story. To read My Little Dashie, click here!

The Royal Family

I wanted to make a post about the royal family tree, but I couldn't figure it completely out because there are some questions. If Cadence and Blueblood are Celestia's niece and nephew, are they Luna's kids? Or do the regal sisters have another sister? I found this picture and thought it would work.
